Gatuk training today!
Climbed up 105 levels of stairs.
It was, tiring but overall, not bad. Didnt attempt such things before.
ZWA keep singing song, Janice keep singing song.
Then taught Janice how to do the South Africa dance.
Then did alittle of conditioning.
& some briefing.
I thought we were heading out to some hill, so I bring binoculars.
In the end, is climb stairs!
After that, went to FC 3 for lunch with Alvin and his friends.
Then the rest of the seniors joined us.
Ate chicken cutlet rice.
Alot of sauces to choose from, I was tempted by "Bandung" sauce.
I asked ZWA to take Bandung, but she go and take dont know what sauce.
Talked with Arvin, Vincent, ZWA, Janice and Yutai for awhile.
Then someone wanted to play soccer.
So head down to SSC, for some kicking.
Went off after awhile.
The sun heat was intense and I gotten blister by playing barefoot.
Then went off with Arvin, ZWA, Yutai and Janice.
Spilted at the MRT
And trained back home.
Went over to CCK to meet Kokwee, Andy, Arun and Terrence.
Watched Holland match.
2 - 0.
Not what I expected, I was hoping for a thrashing. Hahahhaa.
Nevertheless, my favorite dutch player was playing.
Robin Van Persie.

After that bus back home.
